Purchasing Your Gown



THE PURCHASE PROCESS

GOWN CONFIRMATION
At the time of placing your order, a sketch and detailed written description will be prepared with you to confirm that you are happy with the final design.

You will be asked to sign the sketch as confirmation.  Any further changes made to your gown will need to be charged accordingly.
 
PAYMENTS
You will be required to leave a 50% deposit, to cover the initial cost associated with making your Baccini and Hill gown.  Further payments will be required at each fitting; payments can be made by EFTPOS, credit card (Visa or MasterCard) or cash.  No cheques will be accepted at final payment with out prior authorisation.
 
FITTINGS
Your fittings will be available Monday – Friday,  9am - 5pm.  Appointments may need to be moved from time to time.  Please remember to bring your shoes to every fitting.  To ensure all your requests are met, fitting notes will be documented and discussed with you at each fitting.  Your approval signature will allow us to move to the next stage.
 
WEIGHT LOSS
To achieve the correct fit, it is important that you advise us of any plans to lose weight. While losing a few kilos may not seem much, it can translate to a whole dress size.  This information will allow us to schedule your fittings appropriately.  Weight gain and in some cases pregnancy, can create some difficulties and can be detrimental to the fit of your gown.  Although we will endeavour to achieve the perfect fit, your changing body shape may incur extra costs to you.
